Selection of session topics

For now, we keep things simple. Selection takes place every three months or so in two rounds. First a call for proposals. Then a vote by active/established members of the network on the most promising/urgent/appealing.

Session proposals may take the following basic format:

Title of workshop

Proposed dates (give first and second choice weeks within the available window)

Names of organisers

Concise description of topic (one or two paragraphs, plus potential participants/speakers)

Brief overview of planned activities (a sentence or two, including length/format and intended aims)

Plan/criteria for controlling session capacity (especially important for problem groups)

The newest call, for sessions between 4 December 2023 and 6 March 2024, is open from 21 September until 20 October 2023.
