Selection of session topics

For now, we keep things simple. Selection takes place every once in a while in two rounds. First a call for proposals. Then a deliberation by active/established members of the network on the most promising/urgent/appealing.

Session proposals may take the following basic format:

Title of workshop

Proposed dates (give first and second choice weeks within the available window)

Names of organisers

Concise description of topic (one or two paragraphs, plus potential participants/speakers)

Brief overview of planned activities (a sentence or two, including length/format and intended aims)

Plan/criteria for controlling session capacity (especially important for problem groups)

The latest call, for sessions between 5 January and 27 June 2026, is open from 12 September until 31 October 2025.
