Selection of session topics

For now, we keep things simple. Selection takes place every three months or so in two rounds. First a call for proposals. Then a vote by active/established members of the network on the most promising/urgent/appealing.

Session proposals may take the following basic format:

Title of workshop

Proposed dates (give first and second choice dates within the available window)

Names of organisers

Concise description of topic (one or two paragraphs, including potential participants/speakers)

Brief overview of planned activities (a sentence or two, including length/format and intended aims)

The fourth call, for sessions between 22 November 2021 and 28 January 2022, was open until 13 October 2021.
