Selection of session topics

For now, we keep things simple. Selection takes place every once in a while in two rounds. First a call for proposals. Then a vote by active/established members of the network on the most promising/urgent/appealing.

Session proposals may take the following basic format:

Title of workshop

Proposed dates (give two possible sets of dates within the available window)

Name of organisers

Concise description of topic (one or two paragraphs, including potential participants/speakers)

Brief overview of planned activities (a sentence or two, including length/format and intended aims)

If you have an enticing proposal to share, please contact Ross Kang or Jean-Sébastien Sereni so that it can be considered in the next call, or, in exceptional cases, arranged urgently.
